Quality Control
Cosmetic manufacturing is not only about the finished product. Stable quality comes from full-process management.
We carry quality control through raw materials, production, testing, and pre-shipment stages, so potential issues can be identified earlier instead of being left to the final stage.

We conduct basic verification and inspection of incoming materials, with focus on:
- Whether the appearance, odor, and condition of the raw materials meet the requirements
- Whether batch information, label information, and basic documentation are complete
- Whether packaging materials, auxiliary materials, and formula requirements are properly matched
- Consistency and compatibility confirmation for key raw materials
- Raw materials that do not meet the requirements will not enter the formal production process
At the in-process stage, we focus on:
- Execution of key procedures such as batching, emulsification, and filling
- Monitoring of semi-finished product status and process records
- Consistency in the execution of critical parameters
- Production environment, operating standards, and on-site management
- Timely feedback and handling of abnormal situations to prevent problems from expanding

After production is completed, the finished products must pass finished product testing before proceeding to the next shipment arrangement.
The inspection focus usually includes:
- Basic sensory indicators such as appearance, color, odor, and texture
- Filling condition, packaging integrity, and label verification
- Routine stability observation items
- Consistency comparison between the finished product and the approved sample
- Batch retained samples and basic quality records
Before shipment, we conduct a final check on the order again, with focus on confirming:
- Whether the finished product quantity matches the order requirements
- Whether information on outer cartons, inner boxes, labels, barcodes, batch numbers, and related details is accurate
- Whether the packaging condition meets transportation and delivery requirements
- Whether accompanying documents, packing information, and shipment information are correctly matched
